Coopers Vintage Ale (SA): 7.5% [Subject to Availability - Limited Release]
If fine wine were beer it would no doubt be Coopers Extra Strong Vintage Ale. Brewed with choice malts and an extended top fermentation, Coopers Extra Strong Vintage Ale will improve with age, becoming more interesting and complex in flavour.

Coopers Premium Lager (SA): 5%
Light and gold in colour, this crisp lager is brewed using no sugar and uses Saaz Hops to give a malty flavor.
Coopers Sparkling Ale (SA): 5.8%
The Ale by which all others should be compared too. With cloudy sediment it has a distinctive balance of malt, hops and fruity character.
Hahn Premium Light (NSW): 2.6%

James Squire Amber Ale (NSW): 5%

James Squire Golden Ale (NSW): 4.5%
Often thought of as an English-style summer brew, Golden Ale demands cold fermentation. Fresh toasted grains of barley and wheat give it a rich orange-amber colour.
Tooheys Old (NSW): 4.4%
Tooheys Old is a robustly flavoured ale made with top fermentation ale yeast. The beer is lightly hopped and black malt gives it darker colour. The fruity ale-like esters blend well with the subtle hoppiness and hints of coffee/chocolate to deliver a unique beer.
Toohey's Extra Dry (NSW): 5%
Toohey's Extra Dry has an uncommonly resilient head for a dry beer. The dry finish, from which the beer gets its name, is due to an elongated fermentation period.
West End Draught (SA): 4.5%
A favourite with generations of South Australians this well-balanced lager with clean hop bitterness is a good example of an Australian draught lager. West End Draught is The Elephant's first pour Draught.

Kilkenny Draught (Ire): 4.3%
A mildly-hopped reddish Irish ale named for Kilkenny, its hometown. An easily approached and popular selection among beer-lovers and those who find Guinness a little too full bodied.
Stella Artois (Bel): 5%
Sparkling bright in appearance. This Belgian brew is a low intensity beer, sweet smell and medium-bodied taste with good carbonation and good bitterness.
Greene King IPA (Eng): 3.6 %
Greene King IPA is characterised by its fresh, hoppy taste and clean, bitter finish. Despite the simplicity of the ingredients - barley, water, yeast and hops - its in the creation of the recipe that the skill of the master brewer lies.
Greene King Abbot Ale (Eng): 5.0%
This ale pours a rich, nutty, burnished gold colour with a tight, off-white head. The nose displays a nice balance of grassy hops and hints of spices and chocolaty malt. On the palate it is very smooth and quite clean, with a lovely fresh edge of fruitiness and crisp hops over toasty, deep, walnutty malt. There's a really nice bite of hoppy acidity that livens the finish and gives this very good length

Tooheys 5 Seeds Cider (Aus):5.0%
Tooheys Extra Dry 5 Seeds is a medium sweet cider with apple and champagne-like characteristics coming through in both the aroma and flavour. The sweetness comes from the fermented apple juice plus some added cane sugar, and is balanced by tartness, which also comes from the apples plus a small addition of malic acid.
